Hi, I'm Josh Elman, owner of The Greenery. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 20+ years, working everything from food trucks to high-end dining, from Connecticut to California.

I opened The Greenery as a laid-back salad shop where you can choose exactly what you want through a self-service menu. Simply fill out and chill out. I praise myself on quality ingredients, attention to detail, and most importantly - hospitality, which is hard to find these days.

The food truck is currently enjoying some well deserved time-off, but we’re looking to start #rollinggreens again Summer 2025.
